Not only is your source outdated but those aren't real soldiers in the picture. The soldier even isn't the same in the picture. That was a staged picture, and your source is known to be anti Israel and pro Palestinian

The soldier isn't even aiming for the children. He is holding his gun but he isn't readying it to shoot. He is only looking at the woman and children. I can hold a gun and point it a different way while looking at someone but if my gun isn't ready and I'm not aiming it then like the soldier, I'm not targeting the innocent
