Honestly, I've done a lot of research on this topic as I feel that I have some of these tendencies and I've realised somethings, that I was nurtured to be like this (not born like this)
And a person that was nurtured to be like this does not have to be a sociopath really, depends on their choices, and I've trained myself to be calm in situations where even normal people would lose it.
The empathy thing is true though, but people learn to mimic the behaviours of those close to them and pretty much fake it. Which actually sounds scary now that I am saying it out loud.

Sorry for the late reply.
I got cheated on as I was about to propose. So yeah I know the feeling.
It's not a two way street, I did everything for her and still.
I'd explain what I'm talking about but just thinking about it 4 months later is still making me want to throw my laptop.

Me too man, but honestly, what's happening now is exactly what happened during apartheid, just the roles got swapped around and everything is more subtle.
