HellO Comrades, About to drop some knowlege on you from perspective of person with mild Aspergers.
1. No it is not treatable. It is because it is not a disease. It is literally the way that your neural pathways are formed.
2. Depending on severity it can affect a multitude of things. For instance, Certain sounds may make you extremely uncomfortable, or temperatures. You could have a lower or higher pain threshold compared to other people.
3. it affects ability to develop social skills. Slowing it down. Some people never develop them at all. but they are far higher on the spectrum.
4. It is an ASD, (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
5. Shiwan said a bit. Though as he also said, Varying. For example. I have the ability to become machine like, Turning off all empathy and emotions. but i can also be very empathetic.
6. They do tend to be more intelligent. It is beleived Einstein had Aspergers. But is said. not everyone. some people are just dumbasses.
