Just because one OCD sufferer says it's ok doesn't meant it is ok for all of them..
People go on about how everyone is a pathetic snowflake when it comes to mental illness but if this was a joke about physical disabilities there would be uproar. 50 years ago you would have said the same thing about people in wheelchairs, 'deaf and dumb', etc.
Words and jokes do relate to actions, regardless of what you want to think. Jokes about deafndumb weren't just jokes- people truly believed that deaf people were just dumb.
In a similar way, today things like this trivialise mental illness and contribute to employers, healthcare, and schools not taking it seriously as they should be.

That's cool, but you gotta consider the other people with OCD who might have had significantly worse experiences/circumstances

OCD person: struggles every day with their illness, has to take medication, impacts school, work, family and relationships.
