Youre right choking is unacceptable in my view. However I dont think you can tell that the officer was choking that student with the camera angle and the time on tape. The point i was making was that a cop was try to be civil and separate them the student responded with violence (not ok) and the cop responded by ensuring that the student couldnt harm him by pinning him against a wall with his body and handcuffing him....legal
