Hi, indonesian here. We pronounce the ‘a’ as in ‘arm’.
One hour = satu jam
1 o’clock = jam satu
On latter case, it’s the informal way to say the time. Formally we use “pukul” (the word also means “punch” as in hitting something lol).
Oh and majority of indonesians are tardy, so i guess your second definition is quite close ;)

I had one too on my local playground, and yes I did the running to the top thingy too. I slipped and got no grip, bashed my chin on one of the rollers and got a huge gash. Blood everywhere. Cried like there's no tomorrow lol

I agree, that is actually a bad customer service. They shouldn't be doing that because of personal opinion. I mean, what if the employee is a vegan and s/he refuses to put any meat on every orders?
