Smoking is almost worse than cutting, in my opinion. Yes, cutting is still bad, but a tiny scratch isn't as detrimental as all the chemicals a cigarette is putting in your body. Yes, you could always cut too deep, but if you get attention soon enough, it can heal. You can't heal lung cancer. But please, don't cut or smoke. Both are still bad.
