I think @koopermatt meant that I speak english because I learned it in school, which is true. Every single school here in Mexico has english as a subject, and i went to private schools, so even better.

In my city there is a place called Garibaldi, it is a small underground kind of mall, that mostly only sells anime merch, japanese stuff, and either store where you can buy videogames or play right there. Its an example, I bet you can find some place like that
