It depends on why you are being asked, but I have never heard of the "go with your father's ethnicity" thing.. not saying it's not a thing, but you can self identify with anything in your genetic mix.

How does race come from the father? Last names, culture and genetics are not the same thing. Usually people either self identify or people assume their race by outward appearance.

Basically, we can't function without taxes. There is good and bad that go with it and people disagree. Like I think it is great that we pay for national parks, but people may disagree.

I find it is much harder for college students to debate now. Everyone gets personally offended. It use to be academic and a time to test out thoughts and ideas. Debate helps you solidify your own ideas or alter them. Now even professors get in trouble for expressing opinions.

Its more like we treat people with learning disabilities like they are broken. My sister who is rubbish at tests is now an excellent doctor. Or I know someone who is an engineer who has dyslexia. It's all about teaching people to cope with their weaknesses.
