I'm Spanish, from Spain, in Europe.
Not South American, Central American or a Mexican.

When I was 13, my English teacher forced us all to stay for a couple of recesses because someone left a dead bee in her desk and, apparently, no one knew who had done it. O could have told her she was going against the Geneva Convention

Tattoos aren't considered too good in Spain, we often refer to them as a British thing

In a shop close to my old house, a store used to sell these kinds of eggs and, for the most part, they did have 2 yolks

Whatever, I tried expressing that cases like this can happen but that they're not common, but I'm done with this debate. Here, what you wanted. YOU WIN

I didn't EVER deny any facts, I'm just saying that this was not a COMMON CASE and that both agents should have acted a lot differently. In Spain, police can carry both yet never something like his has happened, so MAYBE it isn't carrying them but acting differently when a scene like the one of the video happens

It's a fact that THIS CASE did occur, the difference is that this case isn't COMMON

It does prove that police should have done things differently, but not that it's a common thing like you said before

Okay, that's pretty bad. However, it doesn't mean that it's a common occurrence
