Not excuses but we have to have realistic expectations of what the prosecution is going to do. They will want to prove the charges and that’s it. Any extraneous information would only serve to reduce the focus of the jury. That is, unfortunately, their job.

They haven’t been burying the fact that the trial is happening. They couldn’t cover anything to do with jury selection so I think we will see a lot more in the next few days.

Keep in mind that this trial is about her crimes. The prosecution can’t introduce a bunch of unrelated information about people that don’t directly affect the case so she’ll go to jail but there is going to need to be another avenue for all the juicy stuff
