1970s maybe. McDonald’s was using aluminum disposable ashtrays in the 80s. Folding them in half was very satisfying for a young me.

Dated a girl with F cups. She was over six feet so they didn’t look freakishly out of proportion. They had their advantages but at the end of the day a C would have been just fine.

It doesn’t qualify as a crime because it’s not a criminal act. Assault, murder, etc are criminal acts. Jaywalking, littering, and discrimination are civil matters. You can’t go to jail for EEOC violations. You could call it a hate infraction maybe but it isn’t a crime.

Nothing about this is illegal. Yes, they would probably get a civil suit lobbied against them but without a crime there’s no way for it to be a hate crime.

What I find funny is that if you just substitute out one word it’s a reasonably accurate way to be a better co-worker.

Sneks are ectothermic and rely on heat from their environment. A sweater would insulate them and make them colder.
