It's OBVIOUSLY written in first person so it's not obviously written by someone else. Just because you question "why would she write this about herself" doesn't mean she didn't. Also the word JAIL means a Correctional Facility so my comment is still valid.

I think she made up the sitting in jail part to get attention.
If she was in jail, one, they don't have clothes that make you look like a slut; two, she wouldn't be allowed to have her phone; three, or where jewelry.
