They are saying that people do many things we're not genetically programmed to do. I have no idea why you are so defensive and argumentative when we are all basically agreeing with you - either is fine.

You said above, "If women want to shave their legs, fine, if not fine as well", but you're not exactly showing a tolerance for anyone who shaves. You say either is fine, yet you seem to think anyone who shaves is just bowing to societal pressure.
You don't seem to realize that one of the reasons this post is loved is because the dad loves his daughter so much that HE is bucking pressure society places on his gender just because his daughter ASKED HIM TO. Granted, her reasons for asking may be based on reasons you don't agree with, but maybe, instead of attacking a father who is showing his love for his daughter and doing the best he can to help her with something with which he is probably unfamiliar, you get off your high horse and show some of that open-mindedness you claim to have.

It says that the daughter asked her father to show her, so it was HER choice. Like yukihaki said, nowhere does it say her father (or anyone) is making her believe she has to.

It's easy to miss a lot of the cameos, to be honest.
