It's cool that you would consider the intelligence force, however, we do need someone who are stealthy and fast, so while hawks are cool, I'd say peregrin falcons are way cooler, they literally punch their prey out of the sky, known as the Falcon Punch, and they are the fastest bird on the planet (while diving that is, at speeds of 83 m/s or 186mph), one downside though, the Great Horned Owl will find you rather tasty
