Some are private, many aren't. Even those that are privately owned receive subsidies and payment from the state and/or federal government.

I posted a pic the other day of one of my welds, only problem is that's only a small fraction of the stuff i do. The pharmaceutical industry is extremely secretive.

I always hate having something to share but cant because of some stipulation. I'd love to show my family and friends, my welding friends more than anyone, what it is that i do but i just can't.

Not particularly no, it's all in keeping everything consistent. Timing, arc gap, speed, and travel angle need to stay consistent. It sounds like a lot but it's really not

It's part of a pharmaceutical unit we're working on. I wish i could share more pics of the stuff but we aren't allowed to take pictures, everything is patented or pending patents.

In the end it doesn't really matter the legality of west virginia was more than wrapped up in 1911 but it's still a perplexing question to me.

I wasnt correct so that's my bad, i haven't read the constitution in a good bit.
West virginia is weird. I can't find a source where the state of virginia consented to west virginia becoming a state before 1911, where they conceded claims and gave validity to the secession.
West virginia split in the midst of the civil war. That, in my opinion, begs the question of whether the civil war was between states and the union or two separate governments. The north saw it as states against the union but the CSA saw themselves as their own entity fighting a different form of government. If we follow the line of thinking that it was insurrection amongst the states then wouldn't the consent of the state of virginia be needed in order for west virginia to split? Whereas if we follow the two separate governments thought then the consent of virginia isn't necessary as west virginia joined the union on its own accord after splitting from another nation.

"New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new States shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress."

Im pretty sure that the constitution says that a state cannot be made from another state and that states cannot be combined to make one state

You know what the defining factor of christianity is right? The belief that jesus christ is the messiah. It's the facet that separates christianity from the other abrahamic religions. Do Catholics believe jesus is the messiah? Yes. Then they're christian. Are you daft?
