You're right but if the consequence of using your right to free speech is then answered with the removal of the right and other rights then is it even free speech at that point?

The UK in theory has freedom of speach except for the fact that the government can decide what is and isn't hate speech and you could be in legal trouble.

Ww1 but i ww2 history is exciting in its own right I've been really invested in ww1 for the past couple of years.

Sweet, I've wanted to see some castles like neuschwanstwein (probably fucked the spelling up) as i love history. I'd really like to go see ww1 sites one of these days as well.

I'm currently in Switzerland and will be for like 4 more weeks, i know Germany is pretty large compared to switzerland but what would be something to do or that i needa see in Germany before i go back to the states?

The above, as op pointed out, is a theory but as with everything its not the only theory and it isn't black and white. It's more than likely a mixture of theorys. Diet tends to be the prevailing theory, especially in the us where the childhood obesity epidemic is so prevalent. A higher bmi or fat content in a child increases the estrogen levels. That being said it could also be just hereditary. The early onset of puberty could be attributed to a number of different things.

On average both sexes are beginning to hit puberty at an earlier age.
