I have a 6 year old patient and her mom doesn't always come because she needs to work to pay bills so I stayed with the little girl the whole night until her mom came so she wouldn't be scared during her treatments. Lets just say that is why I love my job.

I am in the process to become an RN and during breaks or when you get told to you can take a nap. I've spend several nights in the hospital. Sometimes the patient doesn't even want me to leave, because they don't have anyone.
