And also remember to have a good eating habit. People dwell on what they eat instead of focusing on how frequent they eat it, especially since the food quality of today is horrible. Make sure there’s a balance. I workout myself and heck, best believe I still eat ice cream (Talenti is my fav!), french fries, pizza, fried chicken, etc. But I also add the good things to my diet like seafood(salmon is soo delish!), veggies, fruits, a whole lot of water!! (half a gallon to a gallon a day), hemp seeds, oatmeal, avocado!!!!! (I know its a vegetable but its just sooooo good for you), I even eat occasional veggie burger instead of beef. Just have more options and be more open to eating different things. Don’t eat the same thing everyday. Switch it up. Add that with at least 30 mins of exercise 3X a week, you’ll be good. You got this!!

Aw! The vet did the same for us when my dog passed. It was a very emotional day for myself and my family.

I'm an American but parents were born in DR: in their culture, kissing on the cheek is a hello and goodbye too. I know people outside of that culture who do it as a hello and goodbye as well. @brainsandbeauty

@ani Uuumm what?! ..." It spreads certain diseases, which are harmful to humans" ...wow, I must've been delusional or imagining things because all this time I thought gay people are humans too. And I had NO IDEA that diseases are spread according to a certain person's sexual orientation. I thought humans in general are capable of spreading diseases. Hmph

The movie actually followed the true story of spider man (comic book version). Spider man goes for Mary Jane after Gwen dies.

I agree! My fiancé is a comedian. It's the best! Laughter is guaranteed every day. He also knows how to separate being serious and playing around, which is important. That trait in a person is great overall. Keeps me interested.
