The sad truth is if we classified Pluto as a planet then we would have to call anything of equal size or larger a planet. There are 5 officially recognised dwarf planets in our solar system, they are Ceres, Pluto, Haumea, Makemake and Eris. With the exception of Ceres, which is located in the asteroid belt, all the other dwarf planets are found in the Kuiper Belt. and that is just the ones that we know about.

I get the the electricity is coming from the top and working its way down, what I don't understand is why the sparks keep going inside the glass after the nail is removed. Is it acting like a temporary battery holding a small charge for a short time?

When it comes to ones beliefs its perfectly acceptable to believe what you want. It is nice that the church helps the poor and all that stuff but when it comes to the past all I see is Inquisitions and witch trials, the heavy handed blackout of science and technology in the dark ages. I want everyone to be able to say what they want but we should also aloud to question the beliefs of others no matter how important those beliefs are. Thank you for your time.
