No. If you look closely at the photo the color overlaps the hair onto the background, and if you look at the loose hairs all of them are not colored. It is obviously photoshop.

I was telling my teacher to put my grades in for the 500th time (I wasn't even being rude just like assertive) and she told me I was throwing a tantrum and to stop and I SHIT YOU NOT right as she says that some kid yells "I WILL FUCKING SHANK YOU!" to another student right behind her..................

But I am curious about the painting itself like what if it's made up of different dark hues that aren't picked up well by the camera? What if there are TONS of really small details like in the Mona Lisa? What if they tried to paint my soul????
