For a "joke", this isn't fucking funny. You don't have to like him, but "joking" about telling someone to END THEIR LIFE, and CHEERING about it, that is not and never will be funny. You guys have no idea the kind of impact something like "JUMP FAGGOT!" can have on someone. People actually KILL themselves very day---every single day---because of vicious never-ending streams of insults and death wishes. You do not have to like Justin Bieber, but joking about wanting to kill him? That's not fucking cool. It's not cool, no matter who you're talking about or why, because someday they might be dead because of horrible people relentlessly telling them to die. All of you "10%", listen closely: you're all assholes, and someday you will have somebody's blood on your hands. Remember that the next time you tell someone, or joke about doing so, that you'd cheer and laugh over the fact that they hate themselves so much that they'd rather end their lives than suffer through another day.
