Subway "eat fresh"

Oh it's avocado I think! It comes in like bags and is usually frozen and then thawed out as needed, when I worked at Taco Bell we used the same stuff for the guacamole!

This looks like it has been thawed out for too long or thawed and then re-freezed before being thawed again, both is bad and against (at least Aotearoa) food health standards!
