I was at a British Shop in Hamburg once and looked at a canned shepherd's pie when the shop lady approached me and asked if I was english/british and when I said no, she said: "You know this is actually not nutrition, don't you?". Then she looked at the pies and said: "Huh, almost a year after best before date, I'm gonna mail them to my parents!"
ASDA is owned by Walmart so they might be tacky enough to carry this.
Once in Lidl i saw they had "British snack boxes". It was a box of frozen chips, fries, mozzarella sticks and fish fingers. Fortunately, here in Gothenburg at least, all our British needs are covered by the British shop. Basically an English corner shop for expats.
