OR it's the Venetian hotel/casino. That is painted i believe.

That is Monty's Casino in South Africa! And its no projection it was actually painted that way!! Really does look amazing and the entire ceiling looks like this.

Looks like The Venetian, Macau. They even have canals that you can go on around the hotel
