Superheroes dont wear capes

That meme makes no sense. I don't see the "essential" workers IRL holding a rapier to big companies' face. Apparently they're not unionized so instead, big companies hold a large baseball bat with barbed wire all around it - they call it "Lucille Lay-off" - to the workers head and they do as they're told.
