Idk if that's exactly the same, but it looks like a cool little film. I still haven't watch song of the sea. That trailer gave me Princess Mononoke/Brother Bear vibes

I don't think it's related, since Faoladh / Conroicht wasn't mentioned in the trailer, nor is it mentioned in the plot on wikipedia, however, I'm not going to dismiss the possibility that it is

They mention it in the trailer that's why I brought it up :) song of the sea is based on the Celtic selkie folklore so it makes sense this would be in a similar vein
