I love to travel, but I've only taken 3 trips. No idea when I will have enough $$ for another trip (probably years from now), but I still love to travel.
I don't really have social media and what I do have doesn't just list interests. But regardless, the post doesn't say anything about social media profiles.

I've honestly never heard anyone say that out loud or mention it anywhere else but there. Maybe that's because I'm pretty much a member of the lower classes. Nobody in our families ever "travelled". We had the occasional holiday at the (german) seaside, but we never even lived in a Hotel or anything, as we live about an hour drive from there. As an adult, I took a couple trips to European countries, the USA and a couple Asian countries, but those were only professional trips. I'd never do that for fun actually.
I've definitely had it come up in conversations before. I would say I am part of the middle class now, but grew up a little more on the lower end of that. Also, travel is partly about priorities. (Yes, I know some people really can't afford it, I get that, but that is not what I am talking about). People spend way more money then they think on phones, cars, entertainment, going out to eat, etc. My hubby and I were VERY frugal on all of those things for to save up for our Europe trip. (I mean we are still frugal, but we are currently saving for other things).
in short, being a lazy piece of spoiled shit.
