I mean, that more or less what clinical depressing is, yeah? Feeling shitty/tired for no reason?

Not for no reason. There's often a root cause, but it's just not practical or efficient to always try to dig that deep. Most people who look for a "quick fix" to clinical depression use medications to suppress the sensation just enough to function, and others look for long-term treatment by going to therapy sessions for as long as they need. And even then it's a long and arduous journey to recovery.

no garlog anxiety/panic attacks and depression are all caused by the brain getting too much or not enough of the right/wrong chemicals. to say you're depressed for no reason is like taking acid and saying you're hallucinating from no reason. the problem is people can't see anything physical like a lost leg or wheel chair so they figure it's not real or not that bad.

This is ratfink and I need to see this also. As I read it I was sitting on the porch just absolutely drained. Barely able to get myself on to my bed where I am now. I cant make plans because I never know how I'm going to feel. People get mad at me and I have to put them out of my life. My breathing and heart rate are high right now, but imma bout to just fall asleep and there is nothing I can do about it.

Right, yeah, that's more or less what I meant, that the depression isn't because of normal emotional stimuli that cause normal depression. "No reason" as in it just happens and there's nothing you can do to lift your self out of it, unlike non-clinical depression.
