Let's not forget the Afghanistan papers. Just like the Pentagon papers of the Vietnam years they prove that successive presidents have lied up the American people about what's actually happening on the ground.

This is sad and scary on many levels. The fact that we hear SO much outcry over how the media is handling this. Not how the government, police, the people’s who’s jobs it is to investigate murders and sex trafficking and such... not elected officials but the media is who we are upset at for not coming up with wall to wall coverage of a dead sex trafficker. And... with what information? What are these hard hitting memes revealing that the media should? We know Epstein is dead. We know about the sec trafficking and the suspicious “suicide” and all that.

Just remember, Barr said it was suicide. So no Hillary jokes, Trump joked only!

What does the news have to report still? Are we expecting- hoping, the media will speculate irresponsibly as to who they think was a client or friend of Epstein? Maybe they can make some accusations about a killer? Throw some rumors around? The ONE thing I can for once in recent memory commend the media on is that for once if they don’t have anything credible to report they aren’t. Sadly it’s more likely in this case that it’s because their owners or owners buddies would be implicated- or that they are afraid of the rich and power folks that might take legal action at being accused of involvement in child rape and trafficking without SOLID proof; as opposed to any journalistic standards. But still- they could actually stand to take this approach more often.
