Not to seem like a big stick in the mud but most of these "simpsons predicted it" memes are photoshopped, and by this point its probably my least favourite meme due to how many people actually buy them.
(And if anyone can confirm them in an actual episode, PLEASE hit me up bc I'd love to be proven wrong on some of these)
Quite a lot of things were "predicted" in loose terms by the simpsons and futurama. The episode this is from (you are right it is an edit but just to get the naruto runner look for the meme) the original episode has Lisa finding Area 51 (well, Area 51-A)
It's so scary that so much has come true.
