Not the ones in customer service. My partner used to oversee quality for a large tech company who outsourced what is known as “low tier” tech support (that’s who you usually get when you call a help number, an agent who works for a contractor and may never have even seen the product or met anyone from the actual company.) Her company cared about their customer experience so she or her team would travel to these countries and do classes for new contractors. The contractors in tech support work hours that are “normal business hours” in the country they service, so if 2am there is 7pm where you live- they’d work from late night to early morning.
