What in caffeination is going on here

Craft coffee shops are the worst, there's one round the corner where they don't serve fucking SUGAR. "We didn't intend our coffee to be taken with sugar, sorry". What's wrong with wifi? At least people shut up when they have wifi, best case scenario in a coffee shop.
