DD/MM/YY also adds extra words when you say it out loud.

Could just say "January 1st 2019," but instead it becomes "The first of January, 2019"

You can easily just as easily say "1st January 2019"

In spanish we say "Primero de enero del 2019", the first one sounds in spanish and only makes sense in english

It's only 420 because of 4th April. The origin of 420 is that date so that's not a logical argument. You can't use it in itself as evidence for itself

I've never heard 420 mentioned outside of the US, so I'm not sure that that is a valid argument.
