There are literally thousands of reasons I would never, ever, ever, never, live anywhere that has any kind of HOA or condo association or any of that commie bullshit.

HOA's sure do suck -- but they are all about people who worship the value of their real estate above all else. Not exactly commie. More like the opposite of commie.
