She's okay haha. She's currently fasting, which is something ball Pythons sometimes decide to do in the winter. It's interesting, despite the temperature never really changing in her terrarium, she's actually a decent little barometer. She freaks out almost anytime there's a storm on the way, fasts when the weather gets really ugly in the winter, etc etc.

I can't actually dispute her because I am most definitely crazy, but probably not in the way she means. Tbh I'm surprised more people don't own ball pythons. Hypoallergenic and she mostly just hides (which is common-- they spend as much as 90% of their time hiding). A lot more low maintenance than a fish tank and easier to provide proper care.. But the rats and such make people squeamish I guess haha.

Still, the guy who helped convince me to get her owned 50+ snakes, including venomous ones he milked to help produce antivenoms (I believe), an extremely large boa, and several other reptiles (he and his girlfriend adopted a turtle someone had abandoned with water so dirty an infection had sealed it's eyes shut and it took several weeks before it cleared up enough for the poor thing to be able to see again). I bet your aunt would just love to sit down with him for awhile. <.<

Her idea on “crazy“ is a deranged person who needs help. I‘m don‘t hate snakes but I haven‘t really been a snake person. I panic a bit.

I found him hiding again this morning and I tried to find what he was afraid of. Turned out it was a stuffed animal I got last night. We were at the mall and I got a toy dumbo from hot topic. Apparently it scares the crap out of him. (-.-) I had to put in my room. And than boogie saw it and she has declared it hers. Lol she dragged it to her pen pile.

Lol. Poor thing. I wasn‘t allowed to have a cat but my pup was afraid of almost all my old stuffed toys. Boogie doesn‘t understand boundaries yet lol

Boogie is so pampered/spoiled if you eat in front of her she taps your hand holding the spoon/fork like excuse me WHERE is my share?!
Because we all will feed her some of our food when we eat lol. Because she is so tiny and we are trying to fatten her up.
