I can't think of a title but here take it and enjoy

Pro: you have a schedule and are able to stick to it within a margin
Con: if you break the schedule for any reason you lose all sense of motivation whatsoever

How about using the title to tell us pro's and con's of what. Because I was pretty confused at the beginning

how is it a pro to spend all your time working? pro for whom? your boss? your firm? noooo, thank you.

Oof, I'm either in this mood, or a "I'll-leave-everything-until-two-minutes-before" kind of mood, because "why start if it's going to fail anyway"
