being rich has the inverse effect. Got a couple Million to throw at your competition? now you've absorbed them and have only tiny companies to compete with. Product is out competing you? buy a few senators and get it banned.

Take care of your teeth, a shitty mattress doesn't contribute to back problems, and if you can't afford to get the lump checked out how are you paying for cancer treatment?

Dont know there’s a bigger issue if you can’t get to a dentist, mattresses can absolutely contribute to and exacerbate back problems, and you pay with your life

Problems with well taken of teeth and actual back problems (not just pain) from an old mattress are both very rare, it's not accurate to say that being poor causes those problems.
