Confusion to swallow pills

Non-psychologist here, but this is my take on this: without shoes its a lot more comforting, like being nude makes you feel at home and secure. With shoes, it's almost like being an exhibitionist, like you are ready to go out in public because the shoes are there. Of course situation varies, and I didn't explain anything but this is my personal take on this.
