The choice of words was to make the comment so unlikely to be real that everyone would know it was a joke.

Everyone doesn't like to admit that was funny. Everyone is too sensitive nowadays. The dude in the back would've thought that was funny.

I made a funny yet controversial comment and now people are up in arms.

Dude says unreal things all the time. I can't really fault anyone for not finding it sarcastic.

If that was directed at me, meh. It often pays to consider the source.
I'm honestly not bothered one way or the other. I found it unfunny and moved on.

So basically it seemed to me like you were clearly sarcastic but you were like aggressive towards that girl. That you called here a hoe only because she was chuging down that alcohol - so in other words to me it sounded like you said „I think she‘s a hoe for chuging that alcohol down I don‘t find girls like that attractive“
Again - my bad if I understood that wrong and maybe those other people that downvoted understood it differently

I wasnt attempting to call her a hoe because she was drunk, it would more like "this gif implies she's an alcholic and since women are sexually abused when they blackout drunk, I was going to make a joke about that."

She's chugging the drink and is drinking irresponsibly.

Alcoholic is used erroneously for people who consume to excess. It’s an appropriate hyperbole in this context.

Her chugging =/= her being an alcoholic, and it's impossible to judge her responsibility based on a 5 second clip.
I could just as easily assume that she only did it on a dare, or to post it online for points, and didn't touch another drop all night, stayed hydrated, and maintained her composure.

Yes, but you COULD also say that this is just regular behavior for her. You have to remember, this is a joke using a hyperbole and running with it. Assumptions are made in the name of comedy.

I'd offer that it's a very risky move when aimed at a particular person.
