When you apply for a job and they come back at you with "Your resume looks great! We were just looking for someone a little *less* qualified."

My sister gets that all the time and it sucks cause she has a masters which means she’s “over qualified” for most entry level positions but anything higher than that is looking for someone with experience which she can’t get due to over qualification. The job market sucks these days.

It might not be their computer. It could be like a DMV computer (as an example) or something that they were just allowed to use to take the test
