Even if you’re “sterile” you can still conceive. Any time there is sexual intercourse between diametrically opposed genitals and matching reproductive systems in humans-there’s a chance, however unlikely, a baby shall be wrought from your loins. Given the situation a DNA test may be in order... depending on your trust level with your partner.

I second this. My parents were told they wouldn't be able to have children because of the same reason. They had two. And yes, we are definitely my father's children.
