You can't get a full eye tattoo all at once. It takes months to finnish it because your eyes are so sensitive, and the need and ink could permanently damage your eyes. It takes at least 3-4 sessions to finnish the tattoo. I have never gotten, nor given tattoos to know this information, I just remember reading about it a while ago.

And yes, they are very painful to get. So why anyone would do this (besides lazy/overworked students/workers who fall asleep in class/work.) is beyond me.
