They probably use an algorithm program that scans the web looking for references to WB content and somebody didn't update the code to include some newly acquired WB website like "Something something the movie.com." The software auto-sends a DCMA digitaly signed by WB's legal division. Youtubers get these things all the time and it turns out to be a parody or even sometimes a review.
