I never had book reports that were just summarized. I grew up in the internet age so things were always like "Write about why this person did this thing for whatever reason. Also, you're wrong. This paper is wrong. Kill yourself. It doesn't matter that you're dead, I still expect you to finish the paper. D....+, because I'm feeling generous."
