When to ask if a girl is pregnant

Look at their face. Are their cheeks chubby? Look at their fingers. Are they sausages?

I think that’s what they were trying to say, pregnant women tend to get a little basket ball or grow hips, but their fingers, cheeks etc remain because it’s not necessarily fat that they’re gaining
