Flops stands for "floating point operations per second" and is a standard way to measure performance. Tera is just a standard prefix e.g. terabyte. So 110 teraflops is 110,000,000,000,000 floating point operations per second.

Oh, and a floating point is a type of variable used in computers to store decimal numbers. It takes up 32 bits of memory. Double is another type of variable that is now more commonly used to store decimal values as it offers double the precision while taking up 64 bits of memory.
this card is not a gaming card, nvidia created to run programs that do a ton of calculations such as cad or engineering programs:" it's not really being aimed at graphics applications. Rather, it's being aimed at the same kinds of GPU-based computation (especially machine learning) applications" Though it would probably run games pretty well, but $3000 is a lot of money
Dat's a lot.
