They’re not. These are indo-aryan laguages.

They are Indic languages from the Indo-European branch. And Asian means from/in Asia so my statement was correct.

I always thought of these languages as coming from a more middle-eastern type area. I do see what you are saying now though.

Yeah I think people forget that those countries I've mentioned are actually in Asia
