Thats what I thought too at first but there's no dorsal fin. Its already been confirmed as a fang toothed snake eel.

Whale dorsal fins don't have bones or cartilage in them, they're all muscle. But that's a moot point.

it's also way to small. They didn't do a good job of showing the scale... the only real thing to go on is that round white rock.
