I ordered headphones from amazon and they sent me a broken pair

Same here. I called and Amazon did the return and I got a new set. I also had a seller do a bait and switch, though not nearly to this price scale. After having no luck contacting the seller I went through Amazon and tgey not only fully reimbursed me, they shut down the seller
